The official start of the meeting was to begin in the evening with a big party. But quite spontaneously and informally, a small group met up with Jutta Turnwald and her team at Colortex in the afternoon to take a look at their new high-tech digital 3D printing machine. Great amazement and enthusiasm for this technical marvel and all the possibilities it offers. A big, visionary step forward!

Let’s party!

In the evening it was time for the ‘lets party’. This call was answered by a very sociable group. First and foremost, of course, our participants, but also some illustrious guests from the Pirmasen shoe industry and employees of the company. The occasion of the party was a small anniversary: our first dozen Colour Circle events with the creation of the current original leather color cards!

And there was also a motto: glitz and glamor. Especially in these difficult times and the tense world situation, we felt the need to take a deep breath, laugh, talk and, above all, dance for an evening! After a culinary delight (no one had ever seen such a beautiful, sumptuous, richly decorated buffet) there was a lot of dancing. It felt so good! An unforgettable evening!

Color selection F/S 25

On Thursday we got down to business: the creation of the leather color chart F/S 25. After an exciting briefing by Marga, Karolina and Gebhard, the new colors were selected from around 500 leather and fabric samples. Of course there were some heated discussions, but in the end everyone was very happy with the final selection. In a final discussion about the upcoming order round, the reference to the next Color Circle Meeting was also received with great pleasure, because it is going to Vienna in April!
